Curated concepts
A focused set of future design directions rather than a catalogue of generic plans.
Design Collection
Designed around the site
A Curated Starting Point, Adapted to Place.
The future Sayven Design Collection will pair architect and designer concepts with builder-led site review and adaptation. No finished collection or completed project portfolio is being presented yet.
The Sayven Approach
Property fit first
Each concept will need review for orientation, grade, access, servicing, climate and local context.
Designed to be resolved
Architecture, consultants, performance and investment will be coordinated before construction.
